Provider: Stripe and applicable card issuers and networks

Card transactions are securely processed through Stripe and require authorization by your card issuer. Additional authentication or verification may be required. Use a card you are authorized to use and provide accurate billing information.

Your issuer or the payment processor may decline a transaction. NeoStep Labs cannot override issuer authorization decisions. Refund processing and posting times depend on Stripe and the applicable financial institutions.

Stripe Consumer Terms apply to covered consumer services. Your card issuer's agreement and card-network rules also apply to your card payment.

Provider: Link by Stripe

Link provides accelerated checkout using eligible saved payment information. Account verification or authentication may be required. Availability depends on your account eligibility and supported payment methods.

Use only payment information you are authorized to use and keep your saved details current. Transactions remain subject to the terms of the underlying payment method. NeoStep Labs cannot control Link account eligibility, verification, or authorization decisions.

Provider: Klarna

Klarna may offer installment or other flexible payment options. Availability depends on customer eligibility, purchase amount, verification, and applicable provider requirements. Klarna independently determines financing approval.

Payment schedules, interest, fees, and other charges depend on the specific plan. Review the payment terms, lender information, and agreement presented by Klarna before accepting a plan, and make payments as agreed. Missed payments may have consequences under your agreement.

NeoStep Labs cannot approve, modify, or override Klarna financing decisions. Your specific financing agreement identifies the applicable lender and governs your repayment obligations.

Provider: Stripe and participating financial institutions

Eligible customers may pay directly through supported bank accounts when offered at checkout. Bank verification and payment authorization may be required. Use an account you are authorized to debit and ensure sufficient funds are available.

ACH processing and settlement may take several business days. Financial institutions may delay, decline, or return payments, and orders may remain pending until payment confirmation. Refunds may require additional processing time after payment completes.

NeoStep Labs cannot override bank verification or financial institution decisions. Your bank's account terms and the payment authorization presented at checkout also apply.

Stripe Consumer Terms apply to covered consumer services, including bank connections where applicable; they do not replace your bank agreement or ACH authorization.

Provider: PayPal

Customers may pay using eligible PayPal funding sources. Account verification or authentication may be required. Use an authorized funding source and review the payment details before confirming.

Transactions are subject to PayPal's User Agreement and applicable policies. PayPal independently determines transaction approval and account eligibility. Funding source restrictions and other provider limitations may apply.

Refund timing depends on PayPal and the original funding source. NeoStep Labs cannot override PayPal account restrictions or authorization decisions.

Provider: PayPal

Eligible customers may split qualifying purchases into four interest-free payments, with the first due at purchase and three subsequent payments generally due every two weeks. PayPal determines eligibility and approval; purchase amount, age, state, merchant, and other restrictions apply. Verification and a soft credit check may be required.

Review your specific loan agreement, repayment schedule, and disclosures during PayPal checkout before submitting an application or accepting a plan. PayPal provides the agreement during application and access through your account after the plan begins. You remain responsible for payments under that agreement; missed payments may have consequences. Your financial institution may charge fees for returned repayments.

NeoStep Labs cannot approve, modify, or override PayPal financing decisions. The public User Agreement below is separate from your individual Pay in 4 loan agreement.
