These Rewards, Referral & Promotion Terms ("Program Terms") govern NeoStep referral codes, review credits, coupons, promotional discounts, account credits, loyalty-style benefits, and similar offers (collectively, "Programs"). They supplement and are incorporated into the Terms of Service. Offer-specific terms shown with a promotion also apply; if they conflict with these Program Terms, the more specific lawful term controls for that offer.
Programs are available only to active NeoStep account holders who are at least 21 years old, remain qualified and authorized for lawful laboratory research, and comply with all research-use restrictions. Participation is voluntary, does not guarantee account or ordering access, and does not convert a research-only transaction into a consumer, personal-use, human-use, or veterinary-use transaction.
NeoStep may require identity, account, order, qualification, referral, review, tax, fraud, or other reasonable verification before issuing or allowing use of a benefit. A benefit shown as pending is not earned or available until all stated conditions are satisfied and NeoStep records it as available.
