Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026. By visiting restricted areas, creating or using an account, checking an acceptance box, submitting an order, or otherwise using the platform, you enter a binding electronic agreement with the legal entity operating the NeoStep and NeoStep Labs brand ("NeoStep") and accept these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not access the catalog, register, or order.

"Platform" means NeoStep websites, applications, accounts, content, communications, and ordering systems. "Products" means all research materials, laboratory supplies, documents, and other items offered by NeoStep. "Customer," "you," and "your" mean the individual accepting these Terms and every organization on whose behalf that individual acts. An "Order" includes any request, purchase, invoice, payment link, replacement, credit, or other transaction involving Products.

Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature. NeoStep may retain the policy version, acceptance text, timestamp, account identifier, IP address, user agent, and related transaction record as evidence of assent.

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, and transaction records electronically. You must maintain a current email address and a device with internet access, a modern browser, and the ability to view, retain, and print ordinary web pages and PDF files. You may request an available paper copy or withdraw electronic-delivery consent prospectively through business support, but withdrawal may prevent continued online account or ordering access. It does not affect the validity of records already provided or accepted electronically.

The platform uses essential browser storage and similar technology necessary for sign-in, security, fraud prevention, cart, checkout, and policy records. Optional analytics or advertising technology remains disabled unless the visitor affirmatively enables it through Privacy Choices. An absent choice is treated as essential-only, and an optional choice may be changed later through the footer control, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The Research Use Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, Rewards, Referral & Promotion Terms, Shipping Policy, Refund and Order Issues Policy, and product- or order-specific notices are incorporated into these Terms. If a product-specific written restriction is more protective or specific, that restriction also applies.
